WorkloadOpt operates this website. For questions about this notice or your data, contact info@workloadopt.com or use the contact page.
2. What this notice covers
It applies to https://workloadopt.com/, https://www.workloadopt.com/, /contact.html, /cookie-notice.html, and this page.
It does not cover AI or cloud marketplaces where WorkloadOpt may later be listed. Those services have their own privacy terms. Buying or deploying the software through a marketplace is not processed on this website.

This site does not create accounts, take payments, or write to local storage. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the cookie notice.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising networks.
5. Who else sees it
- Google — Forms (contact submissions) and Fonts. Google acts as its own controller for the data it collects through those products.
- Porkbun — domain, DNS, TLS, and static hosting. Their infrastructure may process server logs.
- Email providers — if you write to info@workloadopt.com, the message travels through ordinary email systems.
We may also share data if required by law, or with professional advisers bound to keep it confidential.
6. Where it is processed
The site is served from Porkbun’s hosting. Google Forms and Fonts are processed on Google’s infrastructure, which may be outside your country. If you submit the form or load those services, your data may leave the EEA/UK. Google describes its transfers in its own policies.
7. How long we keep it
- Contact form and email correspondence: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived only if we must keep it (for example a legal claim).
- Hosting logs: according to the host’s default log rotation, typically a short operational window.
- Google may retain form responses and logs under its own retention rules until we delete a response in the Form’s inbox.
8. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Email us instead of using the Google Form
- Ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where the law gives you that right
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

9. Children
This site is aimed at organizations considering workload-optimization software. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If how we collect or use data changes — for example analytics, accounts, or product sign-in — we will update this page and the date above.
